Mini greenhouse

These shade cloths are the best thing since tree shade for tiny fragile plants.

Oyster mushrooms

These little babies are not plants, but they needed an honorable mention. ^.^

Outside, 1 day before the cyclone

Apple and strawberry day

First post yay. This needs to become the second post though :S

Today, I decided to transplant the apple seedlings. I am starting with 2. Forgot to take pictures before putting them in the ground.
I also moved the Durian plant outside. It was staring to look sick (The durian is the potted one ;) )
The strawberries look like they are doing well. I had to add that home made watering system - that part of the garden hardly gets any rain.
I repotted the purple passion fruits.
The Yellow passion fruits seems to have survived the cyclone. But will need to take cuttings and clone them.

Mini greenhouse :)
Exercise equipment make nice make-shift greenhouses :D

The pomegranate exploded after the cyclone. We have been waiting for it to ripen on the tree for what seems like "months"

Post Cyclone Winston Garden

The damage caused by Cyclone Winston was widespread around Fiji.

I am starting a blog to keep track of rehabilitation of my garden. This blog will help me not only get back on track but also force me to put in some actual work ;)
